Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your order as fast and safely as possible. That’s why we work with a reliable courier or directly with the manufacturer to deliver your order. However, please be aware that there are some terms and conditions that apply to our shipping service. If you fail to receive the delivery on the date that you have confirmed with us, you will have to pay for the re-delivery fee. All orders over £500 come with free Mainland UK delivery. Free Mainland UK delivery does not cover Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles, etc.​

Standard delivery is calculated per order, this is based on the size, weight and shipping method needed to deliver your order. This will be done automatically at the checkout. 

Delivery can only be made to the credit/debit card billing address. This is a security measure to protect you, the customer. Unfortunately, credit card fraud still exists and this is one of the ways we ensure that no one is using your card without your permission. We hope you appreciate that this requirement is for your benefit.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please keep the receipts that will either come with your order, or will be emailed to you.

Delivery of goods may be delayed by factors beyond our control. As such, delivery is not guaranteed and any dates we give for the delivery of the goods are only estimates. We shall not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are out of stock or the item ordered is a special order, we will inform you of this situation and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods.

The delivery charges stated include ground floor only with a one man delivery, if you have any special requests for delivery (for example if you live in a flat or have a steep driveway) please let us know at the time of purchase.

Heavy or large items may be delivered on a pallet and will be kerb side delivery only. You will have to make your own arrangements for unpacking the pallet and taking the product into your home.

Standard sized items such as small inset gas fires and electric fires will be delivered by a national courier service. All deliveries will be a doorstep ground floor service and will need a signature and must be checked thoroughly within 24 hours.

Large items such as stoves and complete fireplaces will be sent on a pallet. Pallet deliveries will be delivered to the kerbside or as close to your front door as possible (subject to safe access) and you will have to arrange sufficient means to take your order into your home. Normally this may require 2 people. In these cases we kindly ask you to unpack and examine the items in front of the delivery driver if possible and if there is any damage please let us know right away before the driver leaves.

We will not accept responsibility for any claims for goods that are damaged, incorrect, shortage or with missing parts that are not reported within a reasonable time after the goods were delivered.
